The tasting will be moderated by members of IICCT (International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting), part of the International Chocolate Awards jury.
During the event, you'll learn what makes artisan chocolate unique – from the careful selection of cacao beans to the small-batch approach used by artisan makers worldwide. Through guided tasting, we'll explore how factors like cacao origin, genetics, fermentation, and roasting influence flavor.
You will taste a range of single-origin chocolates, each expressing the character of the region where the cacao was grown. From intense fruity notes to deeper nutty undertones, each chocolate tells a different story.
