Four candidates. One top position. And a boardroom that becomes a no-holds-barred arena.
Apparently, it's just the final stage of a job interview. In reality, it's an extreme psychological experiment. Four elite professionals — with impeccable CVs, immeasurable ambitions, and a reputation for being ruthless — find themselves isolated in a perverse game of manipulation orchestrated by the corporation.
There are no examiners here, only anonymous instructions. As the trials become increasingly absurd and invasive, elegant masks fall, alliances shift by the minute, and the darkest secrets become blackmail weapons. In the race for success, empathy becomes a handicap, and the survival instinct takes over.
How much of your own humanity are you willing to sacrifice to reach the top?
"The Method" is a fierce black comedy, a fast-paced psychological thriller, and an unsparing corporate satire about power, blinding ambition, and the dangerous limits we push when the stakes become vital. An intense, intelligent, and unpredictable theatrical experience until the very last second.
Cast: Leonid Doni, Cristi Iacob, Olimpia Melinte, Vlad Gălățianu
Direction and Set Design: Ștefan Ruxanda
Translation: Luminița Voina-Răuț
Photographer: George Ioniță
Graphics: Robert Panainte
Styling Partner: Tudor Tailor
